Customer Service and Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven by delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of success in operations management.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and personalized guest experience.
  • Champion team coaching and mentoring, customer satisfaction initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
  • Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives.
  • Build a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to be themselves.
About You
  • You have excellent leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have contagious passion when it comes to delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring, coaching, and developing your team.
  • You hold current industry RSA and RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications as per state requirements.
