Customer Service Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our contact centre team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in the contact centre, ensuring excellent phone interactions and resolving client queries efficiently.
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and producing welcome emails for new clients.
  3. Assist with client inquiries related to our service offerings, liaising with key stakeholders and providing support where needed.
  4. Draft and produce client communications for colleagues and managers, including correspondence and reports.
  5. Manage chat and email inquiries from colleagues and clients, responding promptly and professionally.
  6. Support key colleagues by addressing their needs, including administration tasks.
  7. Apply effective problem-solving and time management skills to resolve service operations efficiently.
  8. Address other service-related queries as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a call centre environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Energetic and motivated individual who is eager to resolve questions and support clients via excellent phone interactions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and high standards.
