Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their employment goals.
  2. Provide tailored support to help clients become work-ready.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to identify job opportunities that meet client needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A background in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
