FlexiHome Care provides in-home and community care support services to disabled people of all ages, focusing on personalized assistance and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support services tailored to meet individual client needs
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive support plans for clients
  • Provide essential support with daily living tasks, transportation, social activities, and medication management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Establish strong professional relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders
  • Pursue innovative strategies to enhance the client experience with guidance from our collaborative team
Requirements
  • Completion of Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or Nursing
  • Applicants with a valid driver's license and access to their own vehicle will be prioritized (driver's license and comprehensive insurance)
  • NDIS worker screening check (or willingness to apply)
  • At least six months' experience in Disability, Aged Care, or Nursing sectors
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Working with Children's Check (or willingness to apply)
