Key Responsibilities- Assisting individuals with disabilities, their families, and networks to understand NDIS plans and meet individual needs
- Identifying and connecting individuals with relevant community services
- Advocating for individuals to communicate their goals and aspirations to stakeholders and the NDIS Agency
- Fostering relationships and networks through home and community visits
- Optimizing individual budgets to ensure effective use of funds
