Job Description:

The Overnight Accommodation Officer/Supervisor will be responsible for providing care and support to students who require supervised overnight accommodation at our college. This includes ensuring their physical, emotional, social, and cultural wellbeing, as well as maintaining a safe and secure environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working with young people in a residential or educational setting, with a sound understanding of adolescent development, child protection, and trauma-informed care. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop respectful and caring relationships with students.
