Project Coordinator for Perinatal Imaging Research

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at the University of New South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key project within the Faculty of Medicine, working closely with the Perinatal Imaging Research Group.
About the RoleThis role will play a critical part in planning, developing, and implementing all aspects of the Wellcome Leap In Utero project. The successful candidate will have proven project management experience, with an in-depth understanding of the project life cycle and strategic development of project plans, objectives, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced. They will also be able to demonstrate success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives with a range of people at different levels within an organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop project planning documentation
- Identify and build appropriate project teams
- Initiate and oversee projects, including managing stakeholder engagement and quality assurance
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience
- Proven project management experience, with an in-depth understanding of the project life cycle
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives
- A competitive salary: $123,044 base (+17% super and leave loading)
