UNSW Medicine & Health is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join the Perinatal Imaging Research Group.

About the Role

We are offering a fixed-term position for 2 years until 31st July 2025, with a competitive salary of $123,044 per annum (plus super and leave loading).

The successful candidate will play a lead role in planning, developing and implementing all aspects of the Wellcome Leap In Utero project, working closely with the Faculty of Medicine and Discipline of Women's Health.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing project planning documentation and identifying appropriate project teams;
  • Initiating and overseeing the project, including stakeholder engagement and quality assurance;
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively;
  • Collaborating with researchers, clinicians and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification with relevant experience or equivalent competence;
  • Proven project management experience with strategic development of project plans and objectives;
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively on initiatives with diverse stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures;
  • High level of experience working with computer systems and applications.
