Senior Product Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead product roadmap development and drive business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise in product management, business analysis, and agile methodologies to shape our product strategy.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into product goals
  • Conduct user research, feedback sessions, and data analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Define and document clear product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on business priorities, user needs, and technical feasibility
  • Participate in Scrum Planning and Sprints, collaborating with development teams to refine and estimate tasks
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Industry certifications or demonstrated expertise in product management, business analysis, or a related field
  • Industry certifications or demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and working with software development and system integration teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities
  • Experience with product roadmap development and task management tools (e.g. Gitlab, Jira)
