We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Professional to join our team at KinCare in the Burnie TAS area.
This is a permanent part-time position, offering guaranteed hours and shifts, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for older adults.
- Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and transportation to lifestyle activities.
- Offer social support, including emotional support and respite care.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support customers with complex care needs, such as dementia.
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
