Job Summary

This is an excellent chance for you to shine bright as a Customer Assistant, delivering perfect customer experiences that leave customers glowing with satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our store's success sparkles, working your magic with visual merchandising, and sharing your extensive knowledge of our candles and homeware products.

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be expected to consistently deliver exceptional experiences, exceeding customer expectations and creating unforgettable moments.
