Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Partner. As a key member of our local team, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with a disability within our community.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and onboard customers referred to Chorus, exercising your knowledge, judgement, and professionalism to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with key referral stakeholders and customer allied health providers, applying your exceptional communication and engagement skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize and schedule the local's work, making the best use of the team's skills and maximizing outcomes for customers.
- Demonstrate your organizational talents and passion for customer wellbeing by maintaining and reviewing customer data and records on a regular basis.
- Manage all customer and support team communication channels into and out of the local, ensuring seamless interactions and a high level of customer satisfaction.

- An hourly pay rate between $37.35 - $40.05, depending on your immediate experience.
