We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Academic Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize teaching and learning in our secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategies to improve teaching and learning in the secondary school
- Provide leadership and support to the secondary staff team
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement curriculum programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning programs
- Provide professional development opportunities for staff
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher with a current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- Current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or willingness to obtain
