As a key member of our Access and Success team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering curricular and co-curricular programs that empower coursework students to achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of experts to develop and implement curricular and co-curricular programs that support student success
- Collaborate with faculties and stakeholders to design and deliver programs that meet the needs of coursework students
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and academic success
- Provide expert advice and guidance to faculty members on academic success and support programs
- Manage and prioritize the end-to-end delivery of curricular and co-curricular programs
- Postgraduate qualification in an academic literacy-related field or sustained relevant experience delivering curricular and co-curricular academic success programs
- Knowledge of the higher education sector, particularly legislative and regulatory requirements relating to academic success and support for students
- Knowledge of research and best practice regarding the innovation and optimisation of academic success and support programs
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and undertake continuous quality improvement activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and influence key faculty stakeholders
