Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable professional to manage client transactions within specific deadlines.

The successful candidate will have experience in loan administration, ideally 2+ years, and a Bachelor's degree. They will be willing to learn and have an inquisitive nature, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage priorities while balancing competing demands and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing diary entries to ensure timely completion of BAU tasks
  • Coordinating funds flow between Borrowers and Lenders
  • Calculating and paying principal repayments, interest, commitment and other fees
  • Preparing payments and making transactions through our transactional banking platforms
  • Inputting data into our loan operations system Solvas
  • Generating notices to Borrowers and Lenders within specific timeframes
  • Receiving and checking SSI's and initiating call back process where necessary
  • Reconciling accounts to ensure no client account is overdrawn

Main Key Performance Indicators include timely escalation of relevant matters to Team Leader and/or Managers, due diligence on potential fraud, money laundering, and financial and reputational risk to GLAS, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
