This role focuses on managing the overall existing loan book and all underlying clients.
It is fast-paced and multi-faceted, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop an understanding of the existing portfolio and identify and resolve any potential issues with positions or clients.Manage all portfolio changes, including interest rate changes, repayments, and missed payments, ensuring smooth running of the portfolio.Work with the borrower origination team on new clients and transactions to maintain high standards as the portfolio grows.Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance customer experience and customer return.KnowledgePerson Requirements:Demonstrated knowledge and experience in credit management.Knowledge of the Australian alternative investment market (preferably RG146 compliant).
Knowledge of private credit is beneficial.Experience5-10 years of experience in relationship management, credit, and credit analysis in financial services.Experience in non-
