Welfare Support Specialist

We are seeking a Welfare Support Specialist to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing activities that strengthen the capacity of labour sending unit welfare teams to deliver welfare support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an active community of practice among labour sending unit welfare teams to promote peer learning, knowledge exchange, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate opportunities for continued professional development for labour sending unit welfare staff to enhance their capacity to support workers and their families.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience in a relevant discipline, such as social work, human services, or community services.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in case management is required. Background or experience in working in migrant settlement, family support programs, or services are an advantage.
