Underwater Photographer Opportunity

Seize the chance to capture stunning underwater portraits of children in swimming schools throughout Southeast Queensland.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Underwater Photographer to join our team and contribute to creating high-quality images that showcase the beauty of underwater photography.
  • The ideal candidate will be based in Brisbane, possess a great work ethic, confidence, and energy.
  • Some photography knowledge and experience are essential, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Additionally, you should be organized, enjoy working with children, and have sound "above" water photography skills, including shutter speed and aperture control, flash/strobe usage, and colour temperature understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality portraits of children in swimming schools throughout Southeast Queensland.
  • Travel to different venues around the region, using your own transport.
  • Communicate effectively with families on pool deck and maintain accurate records of the children you photograph.
  • Work comfortably in the water, enthusiastic about working in this environment.
  • Availability for interstate travel for week-long stays is advantageous but not essential, with travel costs covered.

Working Hours and Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 12 PM or 3 - 6 PM.
  • Saturdays: 7:30 AM - 12 PM.

Full training and equipment will be provided. Please submit your relevant experience, availability, and references as part of your application.
