Precast Installation Specialist

A leading precast concrete manufacturer seeks an experienced professional to install precast elements safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in rigging, moving, and installing precast concrete elements on-site.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, prepare, and maneuver loads using heavy equipment.
- Select, set up, and maintain rigging equipment (beams, pulleys, clamps, bolts, etc.).
- Guide trucks and precast panels into safe positions.
- Connect concrete clutches to lifters and signal crane operators during lifts.
- Assist with bolting panels, attaching props, and guiding panels into final positions.
- Operate EWP to fix plates on panels where required.
- Communicate effectively with crane operators and construction teams.
- Maintain a clean and compliant worksite.

Requirements- Experience in installation and rigging of precast concrete elements.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and protocols.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
