About the opportunity
- Consistent, ongoing work across Adelaide and surrounding areas
- Full time positions (Monday–Friday) with Saturday work and overtime available
- Potential long-term progression into our sister company, United Cranes & Rigging Pty Ltd

- Work on varied and high-profile commercial and residential projects
Key responsibilities
- Safe rigging, slinging and guiding of precast structural wall panels during loading, transport and installation
- Follow site lift plans and standard work procedures for each lift and installation
- Work closely with crane operators, site supervisors and installation crews to complete lifts safely and efficiently
- Pre-start checking of lifting gear, slings, spreader beams and taglines; report defects immediately
- Maintain housekeeping of rigging and installation areas and complete required documentation / sign-offs
- Contribute to toolbox talks, hazard identification and on-site safety culture

- Reliable, punctual and committed to team outcomes
- Strong commitment to following Standard Work Procedures and WHS protocols
- Ability to work safely in a team environment and follow directions from supervisors
- Hard-working, positive attitude and willing to learn and upskill
- Hold a current White Card
Desirable / Advantageous
- Formal rigging ticket(s) (strong advantage)
- Other construction tickets/certificates (e.g. forklift, EWP, dogman)
- Previous experience in precast installation or similar heavy rigging environment
