Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Claims Consultant to join our Property Claims team, supporting customers across Australia.

This role is at the heart of our claims experience—helping customers navigate property loss with empathy, efficiency, and integrity. You will manage claims end-to-end, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring every interaction builds trust and delivers fair outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners like builders and suppliers to ensure timely repairs and replacements. This is a full-time, permanent role based nationwide, with flexible working options available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing claims end-to-end, from initial contact to resolution
