  • Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare annual statutory accounts, ensure compliance, and present monthly management packs including Budget vs. Actual variance analysis.
  • Cost Accounting: Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenses, implement cost control measures, and provide accurate cost information for pricing and project-based manufacturing decisions.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop financial models and forecasts, collaborate on business initiatives, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow forecasting, optimize working capital, and mitigate risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small finance team and work with external consultants to enhance financial processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • CPA/CA qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with project-based manufacturing or construction.
  • Strong expertise in statutory and cost accounting.
