Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the accounts payable ledger, ensuring that expenditure is promptly and accurately recorded while maintaining financial process controls.

  • Key Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable, including processing invoices, validating payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless financial processes and provide expert advice on financial matters.
  • In addition, you will contribute to the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and various ERP software, including Basware and Procura.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounts payable workflow processes and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work as part of a team.
  • A related tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
