Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Payable Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Accounts Payable process, inclusive of claim payments and office expense payments for both our Insurance and Reinsurance divisions within Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable, including claim payments and general office expenses
- Create payment requisitions,
- Post to accounting system and GL,
- Upload payments through our in-house Underwriting system and banking platform
- Perform accounts reconciliations and allocations.
- Maintain accurate GST allocations.
- Resolve vendor queries and enquiries
- Prepare month end reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in use of Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
