About This Opportunity:
As an Account Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support for InComm's and Woolworths Operations and Account teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and critical attention to detail. There are administrative components with this position which require solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word and an interest in investigation and administrative tasks.
**This position is hybrid.** In this role, you will work from your home office and also report to Woolworths headquarters in Bella Vista, NSW.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation and maintenance of key sales and partner reports
- Addressing, tracking and resolving key customer issues
- Work alongside key account teams in delivering across all aspects related to the day to day management of our retail and partner accounts. This involving liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to our business.
- Supporting the creation & planning of key marketing and promotional plans
- Conducting market intelligence and analytics on customers and competitors and using this to report back to internal teams
- Support management team in the preparation for key business meetings and reviews
- Liaising with Operations and Logistic teams to identify and address stock related issues and report findings back to account and partnerships managers.
- Remain educated and informed on all current and emerging product and service offerings.
- Assist management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget
- ** Supporting one our key retail partners with the following**:
- Addressing, tracking and resolving key customer issues including gift card status queries, deactivation/activation of cards etc in a timely manner
- Preparation and maintenance of key sales and partner reports
- Work alongside key account teams in delivering across all aspects related to the day to day management of this key retail account. This involving liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to our business as required.Remain educated and informed on all current and emerging product and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Currently completing a University Degree ideally with a business/marketing focus
- Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential
- Willingness to take ownership and ability to drive projects from end to end
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work equally well as part of a team
- Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients in a calm and professional manner
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and Outlook)
