Customer Service Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients across multiple stores in the region.

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Aged 17 to 24 years old, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Available to work full-time or part-time, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a team-based setting.
  • No prior experience required, but a passion for sales and customer service is essential.
