Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time sales associate to join our retail team at our Essendon Factory Outlet in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
- The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way
- To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
- You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
