We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and provide efficient service for guest check-in and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
  • Drive ambassadors to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly targets, providing support through training and coaching.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure service times are adhered to.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards in Food and Beverage Front and Back of house areas.
  • Represent the Club Manager when unavailable, resolving guest complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Provide an exceptional experience and environment for guests by efficiently meeting their requests.
  • Maintain product knowledge of all menu and wine lists to advise and make recommendations to guests.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Front Desk/Club Lounge Team Leader.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.
