Leadership Position for Experienced Early Learning Professionals

We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to fill a leadership position at our centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career, sharpen their leadership skills, and contribute to building a thriving business.

As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

About the Role:

  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

We are on a look out for a leader to support the Centre Director in developing innovative curriculums in line with the Early Years' Learning Framework, tailored to the children's individual needs and interests.

Situated in the heart of Mona Vale, we actively engage with the local community, enriching the learning experience.

You Will Lead:

A 79-place centre where you will work closely with the Centre Director to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.
