  • Craft weekly schedules that are both fair and functional, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Maintain the sparkle in our workplace - from cleanliness to safety standards, your attention to detail will keep everything shining.
  • Ensure consistent quality service, resolve any issues, and recommend improvements to uphold the legacy of our Strawberry Watermelon Cake.

The Qualities to Make You Shine

We are looking for a leader with 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or retail, preferably managing a cafe or small-medium sized food establishment. Key qualities include:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and dedication to top-notch product quality.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive team player attitude.
  • Authenticity, down-to-earth nature, and a love for cake (a bonus).
  • Completion of relevant certifications such as Food Handler Basics and Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
