About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Market Access Strategist to join our team based in North Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our market access team, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing and access strategies across the JPAC region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute pricing and access strategies across the JPAC region, ensuring optimal market access conditions.
  • Engage with national and regional payer authorities through local access agencies.
  • Navigate local reimbursement policies and pricing regulations to ensure availability of Galderma products to patients.
  • Lead local adaptation of Global payer value propositions and objection handlers.
  • Manage timely submission of P&R dossiers to achieve optimal market access conditions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of the Australian market access environment, with additional experience in Asia-Pacific countries (South Korea & China) being advantageous.
  • Proven project and communication management skills, adept at handling multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market insights and health economic data to drive access strategies.
  • Experience in developing Budget Impact/Cost-Effectiveness models for HTA/P&R assessments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as:
