As an Access and Reimbursement Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing pricing and access strategies across the Japan, Pacific Asia, and Canada (JPAC) region. This challenging position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication management, and the ability to navigate complex reimbursement policies and pricing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with national and regional payer authorities through local access agencies.">
  • Prioritize ensuring the availability of Galderma products to patients by effectively navigating local reimbursement policies and pricing regulations.">
  • Lead the adaptation of global payer value propositions and objection handlers for the local market.">
  • Coordinate timely submissions of Pricing and Reimbursement (P&R) dossiers and negotiate optimal market access conditions.">

Candidate Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of the Australian market access environment, preferably complemented by experience in Asia-Pacific countries, including South Korea and China. You must have excellent project management and communication skills, enabling you to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines. Analytical prowess is also essential, along with the ability to interpret market insights and health economic data to drive access strategies. A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or a related field, coupled with advanced education, would be advantageous.
