Horse Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Horse Care Specialist to join our team on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have prior horse handling experience and a strong willingness to learn.

The role involves:

  • Cleaning stables and filling with shavings
  • Grooming horses to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Putting horses on and off the walker for exercise
  • Leading to and from the track safely
  • Saddling horses for racing events
  • Swimming horses as part of their training program
  • Attending trials and race days to provide expert care

Key Requirements:

  • Highly enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Prior horse handling experience is essential
  • Extreme attention to detail is crucial
  • Must be reliable and punctual in all tasks
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
