Animal Care Specialist

Job Role:
An Animal Care Specialist is required to provide top-notch care and maintenance of our magnificent animals, ensuring they are healthy and in optimal condition for performances.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain animal enclosures, including cleaning and upkeep of stables and paddocks to the highest standards
- Feed animals according to their customized dietary plans
- Assist with animal movement between enclosures as directed
- Ensure farm animals are kept in pristine display/show condition at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and keep it operational
- Work safely at all times
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional horse handling skills
- Current driver's license
- Experience administering medications through IV (highly valued)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work any day, including weekends, school holidays, and function work
