Horse Training Career Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for horses to enhance racing skills and overall well-being.
  • Work closely with horses to provide daily care, exercise, and grooming, ensuring their health and happiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of training progress and horse health, collaborating with veterinarians and other professionals as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices in horse training techniques, fostering growth and expertise within the team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Horse Trainer with a strong background in horse training and care.
  • Exceptional knowledge of horse behavior, training techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively with various horses, including young and challenging individuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and horse owners.
  • Certification in horse training or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of horse welfare and training practices is essential.
