The Opportunity

As a Strategic Transformation Lead, you'll lead and manage transformation initiatives within the Talent Team, driving alignment between goals and project execution.

You'll develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives, assess the impact of changes on the organization and its employees, and identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
