Job Title: Performance and Training Specialist
This is a challenging role that involves supporting Area Managers in identifying and addressing regional performance gaps.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including team members and leaders across multiple sites.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting Area Managers in identifying and addressing regional performance gaps
- Upskilling and mentoring teams to build capability and promote best practice
- Reviewing compliance obligations and assisting in internal auditing processes
- Driving accountability and achievement of performance metrics in line with contract benchmarks
- Supporting the onboarding and induction of new team members
- Collaborating with leaders on data analysis and contributing to performance strategy
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Maintaining and developing strong knowledge of program requirements and internal procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Performance-driven experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs in employment services
- Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to coach, guide and support teams across multiple sites
- Operational acumen, with knowledge of Inclusive Employment Australia benchmarks, compliance standards and internal performance frameworks
- Analytical and solutions-focused skills, with the ability to identify gaps and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organisational and adaptable skills, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Minimum qualification at VET Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree level or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a frontline or leadership role within Employment Services
- Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport, as some travel between sites is required
- Demonstrated history of achieving performance outcomes
