
Training Excellence Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Performance and Training Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Area Managers to strengthen service delivery, enhance team capability, and drive performance across multiple sites.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and addressing regional performance gaps, working closely with Area Managers to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Upskilling and mentoring teams to build capability and promote best practice, ensuring that our staff are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Reviewing compliance obligations and assisting in internal auditing processes, ensuring that we meet all relevant standards and regulations.
- Driving accountability and achievement of performance metrics in line with contract benchmarks, helping us to continually improve our services.
- Supporting the onboarding and induction of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Collaborating with leaders on data analysis and contributing to performance strategy, helping us to make informed decisions about our services.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, encouraging innovation and creativity throughout our organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum qualification at VET Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree level or equivalent experience.
- A minimum 2 years' experience in a frontline or leadership role within Employment Services.
- A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport, as some travel between sites may be required.
- Demonstrated history of achieving performance outcomes, with a strong track record of success.
