Senior Clinical Governance Manager

We are a regional health service committed to providing quality care and services that meet the needs of our community. Our Development and Improvement Department plays a crucial role in supporting our organisation by delivering, implementing, and monitoring systems and processes that promote good clinical governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level support to the Director, Development and Improvement, and other staff in the Directorate and wider organisation
- Supporting clinical governance, partnering with consumers, committee representation, document management, quality improvement, and leave cover for the Director
- Supporting other Directorate portfolios as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in a clinical or health-related discipline with postgraduate qualifications in management or leadership
- Demonstrated leadership capacity and management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication, coordination, and organisational skills
Appointment is subject to immunisation clearance and satisfactory employment checks.
