About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative ideas to showcase our brand's aesthetic.

Your primary focus will be on managing end-to-end production of in-house content shoots, from concept to execution. You will work closely with our graphics team to produce high-quality social media assets that align with our brand vision.

This role requires a strong understanding of social and cultural trends, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for staying ahead of the curve, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present on-brand creative concepts for weekly in-house content shoots.
  • Plan and execute fresh, on-trend styling for content shoots, elevating product presentation and ensuring looks are always on-brand.
  • Oversee and execute post-production workflow, including image management, editing, and asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with the graphics team to produce on-brand, social-first assets for product launches.
  • Select and hand over high-performing content to relevant teams weekly, ensuring assets are launch-ready and drive engagement.
  • Borrowing from industry leaders, brainstorm, pitch, and deliver creative shoot ideas/assets to boost social engagement and grow awareness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a creative content role within the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience with content creation and excellent photography/videography skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop + Lightroom).
  • Able to capture feed-worthy content on the go and possess exceptional styling abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to take direction and translate brand vision into creative execution.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work creatively under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
Social and Cultural Trends:

As a Creative Coordinator, you will be responsible for staying ahead of social and cultural trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and engaging. This includes monitoring social media platforms, attending events, and engaging with influencers to stay informed about the latest trends and developments.
