About You
- You have a data-driven approach, with experience in analysing digital performance metrics and utilising performance tracking platforms.
- You have B2C experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- You have hands-on experience running META, Google and PPC campaigns.
- You have a creative mind and the ability to be hands-on.
- You are passionate about the fitness and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimise campaigns on Meta/Google Ads, focusing on audience segmentation and advanced targeting.
- Analyse data across digital channels to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Provide regular reports based on performance metrics and customer journey mapping to deliver strategic recommendations to boost conversion rates.
- Support the communication specialist and conduct performance analysis to improve email campaign strategies.
