Digital Marketing Professional

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join News Corp Australia's Talent Acceleration Program, a 12-month initiative designed to nurture future leaders in the field of digital marketing. As a participant, you will be part of a guided balance of learning and practical experience within the Consumer team, gaining hands-on exposure to project-based work and developing an in-depth understanding of the consumer lifecycle processes.
Key responsibilities include implementing activities to attract new prospects, nurture existing ones, and convert them into subscribers through effective digital interactions. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of best practice customer engagement strategies across News Corp's portfolio of brands and products. Additionally, you will work with research and analytics teams to regularly review subscriber engagement and translate it into actionable customer insights.
The ideal candidate will possess numerical skills and/or coding proficiency, with a strong interest in digital marketing. Throughout the program, you will be assigned to different projects, working alongside delivery teams to design, build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will maintain awareness of industry trends, media movements, and company initiatives.
