To drive business forward and succeed in a rapidly changing environment, we are looking for an expert who can analyse customer feedback and help our sales teams deliver outstanding results. The Operations Analyst will play a key role in understanding customer needs and expectations, ensuring that all relevant customer feedback is reviewed and actioned. This involves working closely with sales teams to understand how their strategy links to customer satisfaction, analysing customer feedback and participating in site visits to identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results and reporting on findings to sales. They will also ensure that anecdotal feedback is recorded in the appropriate system and collaborate with Business/Systems Analysts to ensure data required for decision-making is received accurately and in a timely fashion. To achieve this, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to gain knowledge of customer segments, behaviours and interactions with sales teams and our business to identify opportunities for improvement.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Analyst will increase sales team productivity by optimising or automating activities and communicate changes to projects quickly to mitigate rework or risks. They will also be expected to develop advanced MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as intermediate Sharepoint skills and Confluence/Jira/Survey Monkey skills.
