Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive insights strategy to maximize business performance.
- Manage and coach a high-performing team of offshore analysts and contractors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve targeting, content performance, and engagement outcomes.
- Design scalable reporting for real-time visibility into performance and deliver actionable insights.
- 5+ years' experience in marketing and/or data insights, performance, or analytics roles.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing remote teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing & data platforms, particularly Adobe products.
