We are seeking a skilled Customer Feedback Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer feedback survey program, including design, development, data analysis, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic partner and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and synthesize customer feedback, tracking key metrics such as satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Collate and report on customer insights to drive business improvements.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end customer feedback programs, including metric design, benchmarking, and implementation.
- Familiarity with customer feedback survey platforms; experience with InMoment is highly valued.
- Able to distill complex data into actionable insights and present them clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions.
