Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager plays a key role in ensuring the procurement function is compliant with regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:- Supporting procurement policies and procedures to address risk and regulatory framework
- Developing and delivering process training and documentation to ensure understanding of compliance obligations across the business
- Procurement reporting and contributing towards continuous improvement
- Identifying and assessing supplier risks, working with stakeholders and shared services to mitigate those risks
- Implementing and managing Vendor Governance Framework
- Effectively supporting the business to deal with vendor operational contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations, risks, and undertaking negotiations with vendors as required
- Strong working experience in operations to include vendor management, procurement, contract negotiations, and risk
- Proven ability to manage large enterprise supplier relationships, including onboarding, vendor management, contracting, sourcing, and risk management
- Skilled in negotiating and managing contracts with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers to identify and reduce supplier risks
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and written and verbal communication skills
- Financial management and reporting skills
- Proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite
