Job Title: Compliance Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee all quality and safety activities across New South Wales and Queensland, ensuring compliance with company policies, legislation, and industry standards. The successful candidate will work closely with production teams, senior management, and customers to enhance safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain ISO 9001 certification and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.
  • Manage quality assurance and control processes to minimise product impact and customer complaints.
  • Oversee incident reporting in the Visy Incident Management System (VIMS) and Noggin for safety and environmental compliance.
  • Conduct HSEQ audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in HSEQ roles within a manufacturing environment, with strong background in ISO 9001, GMP, and statistical process control (SPC). They should also have experience in managing customer/supplier complaints and quality improvement initiatives, as well as knowledge of ISO 4801, 45001, and regulatory compliance in workplace health and safety.
