Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Canberra store team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining a high standard of store presentation, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of up to 15 sales assistants, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximise return on floor space and drive sales
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, working closely with the Stock Allocator to ensure optimal inventory management
  • Prepare and monitor sales reports, store rosters, and team compliance, providing regular updates to senior management
