Job Opportunity

The role of Subcontracts Administrator will involve comprehensive support across all phases of subcontract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex problems in government solicitations, independently and collaboratively with ongoing work
  • Prepare and evaluate proposals to inform procurement decisions
  • Conduct thorough price analysis and lead negotiations for Subcontract Agreements
  • Manage close-out procedures efficiently and maintain POs/Subcontracts within the purchasing system
  • Perform peer reviews of procurement files and identify potential contract risks
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or subcontracts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management or Business Law
  • Strong analytical reasoning skills and effective communication and coordination with stakeholders and subcontractors
Security Requirements
  • A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance or an Australian TS/PV clearance is mandatory
