The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, building close relationships with key client contacts, and directing all client projects from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client accounts to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Direct all client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital, to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong advertising agency experience, preferably in a senior account director role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
